In the dark we had a very difficult time finding this park. In the daylight we figured out why. The signs are worn out and the park is mislabeled (see picture). However, the park was clean and quiet and good for a one night stay.

I went camping at the Cotton Wood campground at the Oldman rec area. The general area is a beautiful Alberta backdrop for family or couples camping. Sites are $17-20 Or so. Some sites are online-reservation only. Power hookups available for campers. Seniors usually arrive earlier in the week (Wednesday or Thursday) and secure the best powered sites. There is a live-in site steward who sells firewood and has brochures about the area and about safety. The camping is very close too the water. Sheltered family cook sites available.

This was the worst place I have been to. The bugs were insane. I understand that you will experience some but my God. The Ranger is quite rude. Although other staff wasn't bad. Sites are very small.
